At Feze Puffer Jacket, we pride ourselves on delivering premium-quality custom puffer jackets for brands and businesses. Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we handle returns and refunds with special care and clarity.

1. Custom Orders

All jackets are manufactured based on your approved designs and specifications (style, fabric, color, logo, sizes, etc.). Therefore, returns or refunds cannot be accepted for:

• Buyer’s remorse

• Size misjudgment (if size chart was followed)

• Minor color variations due to fabric dye lots

2. Defective or Incorrect Items

If your bulk order contains:

• Manufacturing defects (e.g., broken zippers, stitching issues)

• Wrong branding (logo, label)

• Incorrect quantity or product specifications

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your shipment with photo/video evidence.

Once verified, we offer:

• Partial refund 💰

• Remake of defective items at no cost 🔁

• Store credit for future orders 🎟️

3. Sample Orders

Sample jackets are non-refundable unless defective upon arrival. We may offer a free replacement or partial credit in such cases.

4. Shipping Damage

If damage occurs in transit, report it within 3 days of delivery. We will coordinate with the logistics partner for compensation or replacement.
